Hieromartyr Kuksha and Venerable Pimen of the Kiev Near Caves

On this day we commemorate Hieromartyr Kuksha and Venerable Pimen of the Kiev Near Caves. Kuksha preached the Gospel to the native pagen tribes living near the river Oka. The Righteous Pimen was noted for his asceticism.
